A versatile position where you have plenty of freedom to work alongside management and employees to make our organization even stronger and more pleasant.
What will you do?
As HR Officer at Danpoort:
- You are the point of contact for all HR matters: from employment contracts to absence management.
- You actively consult with team leaders and management on personnel issues, team development, and HR policies.
- You play an important role in fostering positive team dynamics and a healthy work atmosphere.
- You guide absence and reintegration processes and support the resolution of (employment) conflicts.
- You maintain accurate personnel administration and ensure the HR manual stays up to date.
- You contribute to smooth onboarding, development, and offboarding processes.
A broad range of responsibilities where both your coaching skills and organizational talent will shine!
Who are you?
- You have experience in HR and solid knowledge of labor law and regulations. In addition to your expertise, you bring strong interpersonal skills to handle various situations and people effectively.
- You are communicative, empathetic, and can easily engage with various stakeholders.
- You are accurate in your administration but just as comfortable brainstorming with a team leader to find solutions.
- You are proactive, see opportunities, and are not afraid to share your ideas.
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
