A versatile position where you have plenty of freedom to work alongside management and employees to make our organization even stronger and more pleasant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As HR Officer at Danpoort:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang=\"EN-US\">You are the point of contact for all HR matters: from employment contracts to absence management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang=\"EN-US\">You actively consult with team leaders and management on personnel issues, team development, and HR policies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">You play an important role in fostering positive team dynamics and a healthy work atmosphere.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">You guide absence and reintegration processes and support the resolution of (employment) conflicts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><!--[endif]--><span lang=\"EN-US\">You maintain accurate personnel administration and ensure the HR manual stays up to date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><!--[endif]--><span lang=\"EN-US\">You contribute to smooth onboarding, development, and offboarding processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\"> A broad range of responsibilities where both your coaching skills and organizational talent will shine!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who are you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">You have experience in HR and solid knowledge of labor law and regulations.
