As financial administrator, you are responsible for various tasks such as: Processing financial entries such as purchase invoices, cost invoices, bank statements, etc. You also take care of the debtors and creditors management. Furthermore, you maintain system data, contracts and important commercial and financial data.

It is a supportive function in which you provide administrative support to the management and the financial team in working out the above points. At Danpoort, collaboration is the key to success.   • Answering questions from customers and suppliers by phone and email
  • Entering and processing invoices
  • Invoicing
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable management

You can identify yourself with

  • You are optimistic and always go for the best result
  • You have at least MBO work and thinking level, preferably financially oriented
  • Analytical and pragmatic view of things
  • Accurate and financial insight
  • You can independently plan projects and meet deadlines
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
  • Microsoft Office, holds no secrets for you
  • Knowledge and experience with the following programs: Exact Globe (ERP) and Synergy is a plus
  • You are available for at least 30-40 hours a week
