As an Inside Key Account Manager it is your task to optimally serve the key accounts of Danpoort International Abrasives. You analyse the existing turnover and developments at the key accounts. Based on reports, you advise the management on the right strategies to further develop the business at these accounts.
As Inside Sales Account Manager, you will also be responsible for relationship management and successfully supporting sales requests. You are able to translate the customers' needs into orders! You are in daily contact with the key contacts of your accounts to achieve the desired results and to ensure optimum customer experience.
You will report directly to the Customer Success Manager.
